2023.11.15: By analyzing the PHAS gene triggered by microRNA482 / 2118 ( miR482 / 2118 ) in litchi, research group of South China Agricultural University found a species-specific regulatory pathway-Litchi miR482 / 2118 regulates the expression of GID1 by targeting the non-coding PHAS gene to produce phasiRNA to participate in gibberellin signal transduction.
2023.11.09: The longan breeding team of the South Subtropical Crops Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences confirmed that DIMYB113 was a key gene for red-skin longan coloring and the sequence variation of the coding region of this gene was the cause of its functional characterization variation.
2023.05.26: The team from Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University drew the single cell transcription map of longan embryogenic callus, constructed the cell differentiation trajectory during somatic embryogenesis, and found that the transcription factor ERF6 negatively regulated longan SE under high temperature stress.
