Description Search
On this page, users can query gene function annotations. Two search modes are supported:
Mode 1: input Gene ID (such as LITCHI002020) or Gene name (such as: ARF) for query;
Mode 2: Batch query. Input a list of genes (format: one gene per line, separated by commas), and the page will display the details of each gene (such as coordinates, SwissProt functional annotations, conserved domains, etc.). More importantly, we also use violin plots to show the expression of these genes in 339 different public RNAseq data.
