Find the Best homolog

On this page, the user can input a single gene (or gene set) of Arabidopsis thaliana or Oryza sativa (one gene per line) or input a protein sequence, and SapBase will quickly identify homologous genes in the selected species. In addition, further phylogenetic tree analysis of Arabidopsis or Rice genes and identified homologous genes will be conducted. Finally, it is visualized.
